Job Description

  1. Handle international patients from their arrival, through their treatment course, leisure travel and departure.
  2. Experience in handling international patients with a leading hospital or international medical tourism agency.
  3. Drive revenue through referral and tie-ups from international corporate, embassies, doctors, insurance companies, healthcare facilitators and other parties involved with patient care
  4. Empanelment with international corporates, embassies, doctors, insurance companies, healthcare facilitators and other parties involved with patient care
  5. Build business
    1. Prioritize high potential corporate clients
    2. Shepherd key clients through the signup process
    3. Ensure high referral volumes
    4. Ensure our company is categorized as top tier healthcare services provider
  6. Create engine with high convertibility
  7. Exposure of foreign countries in overseas business development
  8. Update understanding of competitors
  9. Develop/update performance tracking tools
  10. Customize product packages (as required) to drive incremental sales
  11. Know how of local tie-ups with travel agents, hotels, money exchanger, visa office, FRRO etc.
    1. Customer databases
    2. Customer profiles (volumes, contacts, requirements, etc)
    3. Standardized agreements, etc.

Skills requirement/ background

  1. Able to identify and develop key customers and build constructive relationships
  2. High business ethics and ability to project good scientific image
  3. Proven successful selling track record
  4. Strong expertise in developing a robust sales organization; understanding of best of breed sales tools/skills
  5. Must be a skilled negotiator and influencer
  6. Familiarity with developing/leading promotional programs
  7. Possesses a high degree of motivation
  8. Proficient in MS-office
  9. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  10. Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  11. Good analytical skills
  12. General awareness of business/vertical environment

Performance matrix

  1. Patient satisfaction at departure.
  2. Referrals from existing patients.
  3. New empanelments with corporate, embassies etc for International business.

Salary:INR 1,75,000 – 5,00,000 P.A
